It´s also her first encounter with Jane, a shadowhunter who looks a little like an angel and acts a lot like a jerk. Within twenty-four hours Clary is pulled into Jace´s world with a vengeance when her mother dissappears and Clary herself is attacked by a demon. But why would demons be interested in ordinary mundanes like Clary and her mother? And how did Clary suddenly get the sight?
Personal Opinion:
This book was mind blowing! I literally threw my Nook in the air from surprise every 5 minutes. The twists in this book are so frequent and unexpected, I actually regret not picking up this series sooner Cassandra Clare is an amazing writer. The characters are great, I fell in love with Jace of course and the plot of this books is very original, very well though and AMAZING in every way possible! The cover is beautiful and I cant wait to read the whole series!
